Do you ever look back through your gallery to your really old stuff and think "ergh. I used to be cr-aaaa-p" well that was my inspiration for this drawing, its a rework of [link] . BLEARGH!!!! I refuse to believe that's got over 100 favs :XD: the lighting's all wrong, the proportions need a visit to the trash can, THE HOOVES LOOK LIKE FRIGGIN IRONS. So from the 2005 picture to the 2007 version. Much better. Although saying that I bet in two years time I'll be complaining about how crap this one is too :roll:

(this picture might be a bit dark for some screens, so it might help if you lighten your screen, or you can take a screen shot of the picture, paste it in an editing program and run a lightening filter over it)

Wow! Stunning picture, great flow and energy to it. The color is amazing, it's dramatic, and very detailed. Excellent work, and props for going back and redoing an older piece. Excellent job!

Way better than the old one. :nod: I probably always say that I like the colours and atmosphere in your works and this isn't any different when it comes to that. You certainly know how to create powerful horses and an atmosphere to match them. I just started to wonder where is the rest of the head/muzzle, it cannot all be hidden behind that leg, can it? :confused: I really think a bit of it should be visíble, but maybe that's just me. Other than that, this definitely works. :)
